過去数日間私は、ロンとジェフがNEM財団の顧問として新たな課題に取り組むために現在の役職をはずれるという発表に対して、コミュニティ内でシェアされている興奮や戸惑いをじっと見ていました。 私は彼らがNEMに引き続き貢献してくれることに感謝し、将来彼らから素晴らしいものが出て来ることを期待しています。
私はNEM財団の暫定代表としていくつかの目標をあなたと共有したいと思います。 私は、NEM.io財団の設立以来、ロン、ジェフとともに代表メンバーとして緊密に働く機会を得ました。 後にNEMヨーロッパを構築し、最近ではNEMの卓越した拠点の基礎を築いているところです。 財団とコア開発者の信頼と支持を得るという事は身の引き締まる思いがします。 私の目標は、暫定代表としての役割において、グローバルコミュニティから同様に信頼を得ることです。

The Path Forward
Dear NEM Community,
The past few days I have watched our community share excitement as well as hesitation over the recent announcement regarding Lon and Jeff stepping aside in their roles to take on new challenges as advisors to the NEM Foundation. I am thankful for their continued contributions to NEM and expect great things to come from them in the future.
I want to share with you some goals as the interim President of the NEM Foundation. I’ve had the opportunity to work closely alongside Lon and Jeff as council member since the inception of NEM.io Foundation; later building out NEM Europe and most recently laying the groundwork for NEM’s Center of Excellence. It is humbling to have earned the trust and support of the Foundation and core devs. My goal is to earn that same trust with our global community in the role as interim President.
The Blockchain landscape has changed dramatically since the inception of the NEM.io Foundation and now is a perfect opportunity for us to re-evaluate our approach and make improvements. It’s important to me that I work with you, the NEM community, to listen to your concerns as well as your hopes for NEM’s future.
I want you to know that I am working closely with our regional heads to better improve communication, transparency and resource allocation so NEM is primed for Catapult’s upcoming release as well as the future roadmap. We have a lot of work ahead of us but I’m up to the challenge and we have the full support of the global NEM team.
NEMbers, there is only one path — forward.
